Moffitt's Spook x Green Acres' Scarecrow pups are here - 4 boys and 4 girls.

Updated Pictures May 19, 2012 . We have two black males and one black female all with brindle and white trim remaining. These pups are FIRE CRACKERS and are afraid of nothing!!!!

Price has been reduced to $300.

Additionally, Monaghan's Creole is availble for sale to an approved home. She bays hogs and cattle. Although she has not been hunted we expect her to do well in the woods. She produces outstanding pups, and we kept Monaghan's Tuff Justice from her first and only litter.

CONGRATULATIONS to NALC Double Champion Sandhill's Miss Mona for her THREE perfect scores of 30 at the 2012 Uncle Earl's Hog Dog Trials. This was our first time to compete at Earl's and all our dogs had a nice solid debut.

We had a great time visiting with all our 'old' friends and meeting tons of new ones and just talkin' dog!!!

Welcome to Monaghan Catahoulas.  We are located in southeast Louisiana, the heart of 'Catahoula country'.  Our primary focus is preserving and promoting the working ability, conformation, versatility, and temperament of the Louisiana Catahoula Leopard Dog. Our dogs are registered with the National Association of Louisiana Catahoulas (NALC) and United Kennel Club (UKC), and we are certified NALC breeders.

Monaghan Catahoulas is the home of NALC Quint Grand Champion of Champions TM Callie, NALC Double Champion (Class B - Hog Bay Champion, Class A - Hog Bay Champion & CHDA Champion Casey’s Tuff Enough, and NALC 3-Way Champion Sandhill’s Miss Mona.  Callie, Tuff, and Mona are the foundation dogs for Monaghan Catahoulas.

Our dogs have proven themselves time and again in NALC sanctioned shows and working trials by consistently placing in Conformation, Obedience, Treeing, Class B-Hog Bay, and Class A-Hog Bay.  Callie, Tuff, Mona, and most recently Monaghan's Parlay have earned 13 NALC Championship titles and 7 NALC Nationals Competition belt buckles. Additionally, Tuff has earned the first CHDA baying championship title. These dogs "do it all" on the farm and on the road, thanks to solid foundation bloodlines and breeding, inherent working drive, sound conformation, and training. .
